The Best Father's Day Picture Books to Gift
Picture books and board books that make great read-alouds.
I have so many friends who will be celebrating their first Father’s Day this year so I wanted to round up the best Father’s Day picture books to give as a gift to a new or expecting dad in your life. Most of these are Father’s Day books for babies and toddlers. Giving a book as a Father’s Day gift provides the perfect opportunity for dads to connect with their little ones. I read Jim Trelease’s Read-Aloud Handbook last summer and there’s a whole section about the importance of dads specifically reading to their children. Make some room on your bookshelf to add a few of these books to your collection. They’re perfect for teaching about love and families.
