February is the perfect month to pick up a romance novel! I finished reading The Secret History last night and I’m planning to pick up Outlander by Diana Gabaldon. You may have heard of it…! I never really considered myself a romance reader until somewhere around 2019. I’d read Young Adult books with romance elements but they leaned heavier on the Fantasy side. I am by no means qualified to be your primary source for romance book recommendations, but I have read a lot of backlist titles over the last few years that I loved, and think you will too!
My cozy British top picks are A Season for Second Chances, Albert Entwhistle, One Night on the Island, and The No-Show. I feel like a lot of thrillers have romance elements but I'm not sure of any that are primarily thrillers! Verity? That's high up on my TBR list.
I hope you love Outlander. One of my all time favorites!!!
I finished Season 5 of the TV show this winter and I'm craving that Scottish setting! I can't wait to dive in. I just know I'm going to love it.
So fun! I love this list. I'm going to include a link to it in my post for tomorrow! xoxo
Thank you, Brooke!
Which ones are British setting? And know of any romances that are a thriller too? Lol
